摘    要:进入20世纪后,轿车车身结构设计技术发展迅速,出现了许多新的技术。文章通过介绍车身布置新方案、空气动力特性、车身安全特性以及声振粗糙度(NVH)性能,阐述了轿车车身结构的新动向,如取消中柱;通过采用高强度钢、铝合金及塑料等材料,以及采用新型车身结构来满足碰撞要求,同时减轻整车质量。车身结构也越来越考虑到减少车身噪声源和噪声强度。

Trends of Technology on Car Body Structure (Section Ⅰ)
Abstract:Entering the 20th century, with the rapid development of the technology in designing of cars body structure, a number of new technologies have emerged. By the introduction of new layout program of car body, aerodynamic characteristics, security features of car body structure, such as the removal of the mid-column, through the use of high-strength steels, aluminum alloy, plastic and other materials as well as the use of a new body structure to achieve the requirements of collision, and at the same time to reduce vehicle weight. More and more consideration of reducing car body noise source level will be given in the field of car body structure design.
