摘    要:为实现高职院校专业的教育规模、结构、质量、效益等协调发展,以"适应发展、品牌发展、规模发展、动态调整、持续建设"等5个原则为指导,实行"招生计划、就业情况、专业发展"三挂钩,依据"在校生规模、第一志愿上线率、新生实际报到率、招生计划完成率、就业质量"等刚性数据实施"专业动态评价",从而引导高职院校持续推进优化专业布局、提高专业竞争力,使得专业设置更加符合国家和区域经济社会发展需要,为新要求下高职院校专业结构动态调整优化机制建设提供参考。

Abstract:For the sake of realizing the coordinated development of the educational scale,structure,quality,and efficiency,higher vocational colleges practice the link of“enrollment plan,employment situation,professional development”under the guidance of five principles of adaptation evolution,brand development,scale expansion,dynamic adjustment,and continuous construction,and carry out professional dynamic evaluation in light of rigid data such as“scale of student,admission rate of first-preference,actual registration rate of freshman,completion rate of enrollment plan,and quality of employment”,which contributes to continuously promote the optimization of specialty layout and enhance specialty competitiveness.This makes the specialty setup of higher vocational colleges more in line with the national and regional economic society development,and provides reference for the dynamic adjustment and optimization of the specialty structure of higher vocational colleges under the new requirements.
