摘    要:城市轨道交通车辆制动控制策略管理是车辆网络控制的重点和难点。介绍了基于系统工程的车辆制动控制系统开发流程。转向架控制的地铁车辆制动控制系统开发基于模型的系统工程、V模式开发以及AUTOSAR架构等技术,并利用AMESim等软件进行建模仿真。开发了用于制动控制单元测试的半实物仿真试验台,有效地缩短了验证周期。

Abstract:Brake control strategy management of urban rail transit vehicles is the focus and difficulty in vehicle network control.The development process of vehicle brake control system based on system engineering was introduced.Technologies such as Model-based system engineering,V-mode development and AUTOSAR architecture were adopted for the development of bogie-controlled metro vehicle brake control system.Softwares such as AMESim were applied for modeling and simulation.A hardware-in-the-loop simulation test-bed was established for the test of the brake control unit,which effectively shortened the verification cycle.
