浅析高职院校电子档案信息化管理

随着信息技术的不断发展,高职院校档案管理逐渐从传统的纸质档案管理向电子档案管理转变。电子档案具有很多纸质档案不具备的特点,比如高效性和实时性。但是,目前各高职院校电子档案管理中还存在各种一些不足之处,影响了电子档案的发展。本文首先简单介绍了电子档案管理的概念和特点,然后指出了目前高校在电子档案管理中的不足之处,最后针对性地提出了几点解决措施。

Initial Analysis on the Information Management of Electronic Archives in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the continuous development of information technology,the file management of higher vocational colleges has gradually changed from traditional paper file management to electronic file management.Electronic archives have many characteristics that paper archives do not have,such as high efficiency and real-time.However,at present,there are still some deficiencies in the management of electronic archives in vocational colleges,which affect the development of electronic archives.This paper first introduces the concept and characteristics of electronic archives management,then points out the shortcomings of electronic archives management in colleges and universities,and finally puts forward some corresponding solutions.
