摘    要:为解决乌鄯线哈萨克斯坦原油外输量增加问题,开展了乌鄯线减阻增输试验。文中介绍了乌鲁木齐首站加剂流程和现场加剂试验方案,对乌鄯线减阻增输试验进行分析研究,降低沿程摩阻,提高管输效率。根据试验结果可知:最优加剂量为10 ppm,在此加剂量下,乌鄯线2台主泵运行情况下加剂增输率为9.52%,3台主泵运行工况下加剂增输率达到28%,最大输量达到1600 m 3/h,为乌鄯线增输提供了试验数据和依据,解决了乌鄯线哈萨克斯坦原油外输问题。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the increase of oil export from Kazakhstan to Wu-shan line,the experiment of reducing resistance and increasing oil export from Wu-shan line was carried out.This paper introduced the dosing process and field dosing test scheme of Urumqi initial station,analyzed and studied the drag reduction and transmission increase test of Wu-shan line,aiming to reduce the friction along the line and improve the transmission efficiency.According to the test results,the optimal dosage is 10 ppm.Under this dosage,under the operation of two main pumps of Wu-shan line,the increase rate is 9.52%,under the operation of three main pumps,the increase rate reaches 28%,and the maximum capacity reach 1600 m 3/h,which provides experimental data and basis for the increase of Wu-shan line and solves the problem of oil export from Kazakhstan to Wu-shan line.
