摘    要:介绍了新型橡胶浮筏板轨道减振系统的功能及组成。该减振系统采用橡胶隔振器作为弹性支撑元件,具有体积小、自带阻尼、三向刚度可调及造价低等优点。通过数值仿真计算和室内模型试验对该减振系统进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,新型橡胶浮筏板轨道减振系统在安全性和减振性能方面满足城市轨道交通的相关要求,可作为城市轨道交通高等或特殊减振手段。

Abstract:The function and composition of a new rubber floating slab track system were introduced,in which rubber isolator is used as the elastic support element,owning the advantages such as small volume,self-damping,three-direction adjustable stiffness and low cost.Through numerical simulation calculation and laboratory model experiment,comparative analysis was carried out towards the vibration reduction system.The results have shown that the new rubber floating slab track system can satisfy the relative requirements in urban rail transit in terms of safety and vibration reduction performance,feasible for being used as advanced or special vibration reduction method in urban rail transit.
