摘    要:正交异性钢桥面在公路、铁路桥梁中的应用非常广泛,其疲劳问题一直是正交异性钢桥面研究热点。研究正交异性钢桥面的疲劳问题通常采用试验法进行,一般是一桥一试验。因涉及试验规模、试验成本、试验周期以及试验结果说服力不足等问题,可通过疲劳有限元分析方法有效解决。本文采用大型有限元软件Ansys Workbench对某正交异性钢桥面疲劳试验实例进行钢桥面疲劳有限元分析,通过对比试验结果和有限元分析结果显示,有限元分析得出的疲劳寿命约为73.08万次,试验最先出现疲劳裂缝的试验循环数约为75万次,两者较为接近,说明采用Ansys Workbench分析正交异性钢桥面疲劳性能方法和取用参数合理。

Abstract:Orthotropic steel deck is widely used in highway and railway bridges,and its fatigue problem has always been a hot spot in the research of orthotropic steel deck.The research on the fatigue problem of orthotropic steel deck is usually carried out by test method,usually one bridge and one test,and the test is limited by factors such as test scale,test cost,test cycle and insufficient persuasion of test results.Through the method of fatigue finite element analysis,the above limiting factors can be effectively solved.In this paper,the large-scale finite element software Ansys Workbench is used to carry out the fatigue finite element analysis of a steel deck fatigue test example of an orthotropic steel deck.Through the comparison of the test results and the finite element analysis results,the fatigue life obtained by the finite element analysis is about 730800 times,and the number of test cycles with the first fatigue crack in the test is about 750000 times,which are close to each other.It shows that the method and parameters used in Ansys Workbench to analyze the fatigue performance of orthotropic steel deck are feasible.
