昆仑山隧道特浅埋段施工技术

摘    要:通过青藏铁路上第一个控制工程——昆仑山隧道的特浅埋段DK977+600~+660的施工过程,阐述了地表注浆加固、遮阳防冻融、拱部超前小导管预注浆、弱爆破、喷混凝土、监控量测等施工方法在高原冻土区的隧道同样所起的作用,同时介绍了在该段进行防冻害与防排水处理的施工工艺与冻土区地质加固的特殊措施——热棒措施。

Abstract:On basis of the construction of the ultra shallow buried portion of Kunlunshan tunnel of Qingzang railway (from DK977+600 to DK977+660), the article describes the effects of the following measures in the tunnel construction: surface consolidation grouting, freezing/thawing prevention by means of sun shading, pregrouting by means of small pipes installed around the tunnel arch, weak blasting, shotcreting and monitoring. Furthermore, the article also describes the freezing/thawing prevention construction techniques, the water proofing and drainage construction techniques and the technique of thermal rods as specially taken to consolidate the freezing ground.
