| 摘 要： | 针对我国道路交通安全形势日益严峻的现状,在分析我国城市道路交通安全特点的基础上,阐述了我国道路交通安全现状及其危害,分析了道路交通事故的主要特征和交通事故的生成过程,提出了道路交通事故预防和控制手段,为进一步确立交通安全保障措施提供了科学依据。
