高强螺栓拼接接头传力特性的有限元模拟与试验研究

摘    要:为研究摩擦型高强螺栓连接接头力学性能与受力状态,对2组试件进行有限元数值模拟分析与试验研究。分析各排螺栓传力比、芯板及拼接板截面应力状态、接触面摩擦应力分布规律。数值模拟结果和试验结果表明:各排螺栓传力比呈马鞍型分布,两端大,中间小;芯板和拼接板应力沿板横向和纵向均呈波浪形分布;不同螺栓压力影响区直径均为2.85倍栓孔直径左右。试验结果与有限元数值模拟结果吻合良好,验证了有限元分析的正确性。本文得到的部分经验参数可为该类节点设计验算提供参考。
