用电流钳查找汽车短路故障点

摘    要:针对目前少有查找汽车短路故障点有效方法的现状,自行设计了3种简单的检测工具,并通过拓展发动机综合分析仪和直流电流钳的应用范围,提出了一种查找汽车短路故障点的有效方法。即将自行设计的检测工具插在损坏保险的插座上进行适当操作,利用发动机综合分析仪上电流钳查找线路中是否有电流,从而可判断电路中的短路点。经过多次试验证明,该方法判断汽车短路故障点的正确率接近100%。

Abstract:At present,there are few practical methods to search automotive short circuit trouble point,so we design 3 simple detection tools,and through extending the application range of engine general analysis instrument and direct current plier,and present a kind of method to search automotive short circuit trouble point.Insert the detection tool into the socket and operate appropriately,use the current plier on the engine general analysis instrument to search the current in the circuit and judge the short circuit point.The many tests show that using this method to judge automotive short circuit trouble point is approximately 100 % accuracy.
