摘    要:探讨了桥面混凝土铺装层和混凝土路面快速修补材料的配制,研究其工作性质,测定了修补混凝土的抗压强度、抗折强度、弹性模量和界面粘结强度等力学性能。测定了修补混凝土的抗冻性、收缩性、耐磨蚀性等长期性能及其耐久性能,初步分析了快硬早强的机理,提出了合理的施工工艺,为实际修补工程提供参考。

Abstract:This paper discusses the preparation, properties, determinations of compressive strength, flexural strength, modulus of elasticity and interfacial adhesion strength of quick repair materials for bridge concrete surfacing layer and concrete pavement. Also discussed are the determinations of long term performance and durability characteristics of these materials, such as resistance to low temperature, contractibility and resistances to abrasion and erosion. Based on the discussions, the mechanism of quick-stiffening and early-strengthening is explored with recommendations of construction techniques for practice.
