京杭运河徐扬段船舶污染综合整治研究

对京杭运河徐扬段船舶污染进行综合整治是确保南水北调东线工程水质安全的重要措施之一。在调查掌握京杭运河徐扬段沿线船舶污染物回收处理设施现状和对京杭运河徐扬段未来船舶流量、船舶污染物排放量的预测基础上,制定了京杭运河徐扬段船舶污染综合整治工程方案,并对综合整治工程的环境效益进行分析,最后提出了进一步确保本工程顺利实施的几点建议。

Research on Comprehensive Treatment of Ship Pollution at Xuyang Section of the Grand Canal

Comprehensive treatment on ship pollution at Xuyang section of the Grand Canal is one of the key safety measures to ensure the water quality in south north water transfer east route project. Based on the current situation investigation of recycling facilities for ship pollution and the forecasting of the future ship traffic and ship pollution emissions at Xuyang section of the Grand Canal,the schemes for comprehensive treatment of ship pollution are developed. Then the environmental benefits are analyzed and the conclusions show that the restoration project has significant effects. At the end of the paper some suggestions are put forward for the smooth implementation of this project.
