天津滨海新区由于天津港的存在,属于典型的集疏港交通,重载、超载普遍存在,这给道路、桥梁造成严重影响,必须对其进行深入的调查研究。通过对滨海新区道路交通量的调查和对各种类型车辆重载、超载的测试,对滨海新区交通组成及其交通特性进行了研究,为滨海新区及类似地区道路、桥梁结构设计提供技术支持。

Binhai New Area of Tianjin belongs to the typical collection and evacuation harbor traffic because of Tianjin Harbor, where the heavy load and overload commonly exist to seriously affect the roads anti bridges. It is necessary to deeply investigate and study it. The article studies the traffic composition and its characteristics of Binhai New Area by the investigation of road traffic volume and the tests of heavy loads and overloads of various vehicles in Binhai New Area to provide the technical support for the desigo of roads and bridge structures in Binhai New Area and the similar areas.
