天津市快速路西北半环周边道路疏解措施

分析了西北半环快速路及周边区域交通的基本特点,针对城市中心区道路交通普遍存在的路口阻塞、区域拥堵、进出困难等突出问题,借助城市道路规划设计、交通工程、交通管理,结合天津市已建其他快速路的交通实际情况,深入地分析了其主要原因。在中心区现有地域形态、路网结构、交通条件等因素约束以及尽可能减少工程拆迁与项目建设的前提下,进一步研究并提出了以完善道路网络为基础、科学组织交通为核心的合理、优化、经济又适用的疏堵对策与建议。

Evacuation Measure of Northwest Half-ring Expressway and Surrounding Roads in Tianjin

The article analyzes the basic characteristics of the expressways of the northwest half-ring expressway and the traffic of the surrounding area. Aiming at the traffic problems of intersection block, area crowding and travelling difficuhy commonly existing in the central road of city, with the help of the urhan road planning design, traffic project and traffic management, and combined with the traffic status of the other buih expressways in Tianjin City, the article deeply analyzes the main causes. Under the premise of having the factor restriction of the existing regional morphology, road network structure and traffic conditions, and decreasing the engineering demolition removal and the project construction as few as possible in the central area, the article further studies and puts forward the reasonable, optimized, economical and suitable countermeasures and proposals for traffic blocking based on perfecting the road network and scientifically organizing the traffic.
