永久性沥青路面结构设计理念探讨

摘    要:我国公路运输的交通量日益增大,车辆大型化、重载及超载现象比较严重,致使公路路面结构面临严峻考验。现有高速公路的有效服务时间普遍未能达到其设计使用年限,常常在通车2.3年就出现大面积的车辙、开裂、泛油、坑槽等早期破损现象。相比之下,国外沥青路面的设计寿命越来越长,出现了永久性路面或者长寿命路面的设计理念,这种理念在延长沥青路面使用寿命方面获得了极大成功。通过对一些国外沥青路面典型结构的研究,对永久性沥青路面的设计理念进行初步探索。

Abstract:With the day-to-day increase of traffic in national highway transportation, upsizing of vehicles, serious heavy loads and overloads, the pavement structure of highways is facing severe test. In general the effective service time of existing highways cannot reach the designed service life, so the early damages such as large-area ruts, cracks, bleedings and potholes, etc. frequently appear within 2 - 3 years after being open to traffic. On the contrast, the designed service life of asphalt pavements abroad becomes longer and longer, thus the design concept of permanent or long-life pavement emerges, which acquires great success in prolonging the service life of the asphalt pavement. Based on the investigations on typical structures of some abroad asphalt pavements, this paper carries out the preliminary probe into the design concept of permanent asphalt pavement.
