摘    要:为优化机器人在运动或转动时产生抖动现象导致摄录图像的降质.本文提出了一种防抖减震的辅助结构设计,一方面增设减震器以提升系统的成像质量,另一方面辅助结构可以提升减震器的工作性能和使用寿命.结构通过拉链和支撑杆固定减震器,以减小抖动对减震器工作稳定性的影响,并通过弹簧缓冲和抵消外抖动,以有效避免因抖动应力引起的减震器损坏,从而延长减震器使用寿命.在实际使用中具有较为不错的效果.

Abstract:In order to optimize the robot motion or rotation caused by the phenomenon of jitter degradation of the recorded image.In this paper,an auxiliary structure design for vibration and vibration reduction is presented.On the one hand,a shock absorber is added to improve the imaging quality of the system.The structure is fixed by a Zipper and a supporting rod to reduce the influence of vibration on the working stability of the shock absorber,and the external vibration is buffered by a spring to effectively avoid the damage of the shock absorber caused by the vibration stress,thereby extending the service life of the shock absorber.In the actual use,it has a good effect.
