多层绝热材料抽真空阻力测试装置

摘    要:研制了一套多层绝热材料抽真空阻力测试装置,该装置测试时不破坏原有的绝热材料结构,测试准确度得以提高.利用测试装置对一种典型的多层绝热材料进行抽真空阻力性能测试,可以定量的获得多层绝热材料对抽真空产生阻力作用的效果.在抽真空过程中,随着测试厚度的增加,多层绝热材料内、外部的真空度差值逐渐增大,也即是随着测试厚度的增加,材...

Abstract:A set of vacuum resistance test device for multilayer insulation material is developed.The device does not damage the original insulation material structure,and the test accuracy is improved.Using the test device to test the vacuum resistance performance of a typical multi-layer insulation material,we can quantitatively obtain the effect of multi-layer insulation material on the vacuum resistance.In the process of vacuumizing,with the increase of the test thickness,the vacuum difference between the inside and outside of the multilayer insulation material increases gradually,that is,with the increase of the test thickness,the vacuumizing resistance of the material increases.
