摘    要:本文以2038TEU集装箱船为例,机舱的主要噪声包括,电动机噪声、机械噪声以及气动噪声.通过振动测试和噪音频谱测量,可以消除电动机的噪声和机械噪声的影响,因此可以从分析气动噪声的原理出发,分析造成不可接受噪音的原因.本文根据风机房布置、风机特性曲线、风机安装方式以及通风管路设计等方案研究噪声控制机理,并对噪声进行综合治理.实船测试表明:通过该方案的实施,机舱通风相关的降噪效果明显.

Abstract:Taking 2038 teu container ship as an example,the main noise of engine room includes motor noise,mechanical noise and aerodynamic noise.Through vibration test and noise spectrum measurement,the influence of motor noise and mechanical noise can be eliminated.Therefore,the cause of unacceptable noise can be analyzed from the principle of pneumatic noise analysis.According to the layout of the fan room,the characteristic curve of the fan,the installation mode of the fan and the design of the ventilation pipeline,the noise control mechanism is studied in this paper.The real ship test shows that:through the implementation of the scheme,the noise reduction effect of engine room ventilation is obvious.
