底盘测功机机械惯量电模拟方法的研究和实现

摘    要:为开发汽车排气污染物简易瞬态工况法测试系统,研究了底盘测功机机械惯量电模拟的相关理论和方法。通过汽车在底盘测功机上运行状态的动力学分析,基于汽车驱动轮转动动态特性相同的原理,建立了汽车底盘测功机机械惯量的电模拟模型。分析了简易瞬态测试工况控制要求和风冷电涡流测功器的性能特点,构建了VMAS测试工况控制系统,应用预测控制和解耦控制理论和技术,设计了底盘测功机机械惯量电模拟控制方案,开发了基于DMC,具有模型增益自校正和解耦功能的VMAS测试扭矩控制器和简易瞬态工况控制试验系统。运行试验结果表明,该系统可以较好地模拟汽车加速运动惯量。

Abstract:The theory and method of electric simulation for mechanical inertia in chassis dynamometer are researched to develope the vehicles exhaust pollutants testing system under simple transient driving mode eonditian. By means of dynamic analyzing for the vehicles running on road and on the chassis dynamometer, the mathematical model of electric simulation for mechanical inertia in chassis dynamometer is established based on the principle of driving wheels dynamic rotation characteristics equivalent. The driving control requirement of simple transient tests and characteristics of air-cooled eddy current dynamometer am analysized and the working mode control system of VMAS is constructed.The control scheme of electric simulation for mechanical inertia in chassis dynamometer is designed based on foreast control and deeoupling control. The VMAS torque test controller based on DMC with fuzzy self-correcting gain and deeoupling funatin is proposed. The testing result of the inertia simulation control system shows that this method can obtain satisfying accelerating simulation result for automotive inertia.
