摘    要:介绍了利用UG/NX软件对汽车驱动桥壳进行参数化设计的方法.并针对某轻型载货汽车驱功桥壳建立了动力学模型对影响驱动桥壳强度和刚度的因素进行了研究.并进行了产品结卡勾优化设计,优化后的桥壳本体厚度由8mm降至7mm,质量减轻了4.2kg。与传统的设计方法相比.这种方法提高了设计精度和效率。

Abstract:Parameterization design method for drive axle housing with UG/NX software is introduced,and the dynamic model of the axle housing of a light truck is created.Influential factors on strength and rigidity of axle housing are studied,and structural optimization designs are carried out.Thickness of the optimized axle housing is reduced from 8 mm to 7 mm and mass is reduced by 4.2 kg.Compared with conventional design method,this method improves design accuracy and efficiency.
