面向普速车站的智能到发作业系统设计与实现

摘    要:目前,全路有普速车站2 000多个,这些车站只有很少一部分建设了旅客服务集成管理平台(简称:旅服平台),建设速度缓慢。主要原因是由于普速车站列车运行和客运组织情况复杂,现有旅服平台到发管理作业无法满足现有车站客运作业需求。因此,研究设计采用基于进站咽喉智能视频分析的车次识别与运输调度管理系统(TDMS)临站压轨数据相结合的旅服智能到发作业系统,对列车进站、停稳等状态进行预测判断,并在此基础上依托c#编程语言对到发管理作业进行新的算法设计与实现。通过对现场到发作业改进前后与列车到发作业时间预测结果对比分析,采用基于进站咽喉智能视频分析的车次识别与TDMS临站压轨数据相结合的智能到发作业系统时间预测准确性远高于现有旅服平台只接收TDMS方式的到发时间预测。

Intelligent train arrival-departure operation management system for general speed railway stations

Abstract:At present, there are more than 2 000 general speed railway stations, but only a few of these stations have built railway passenger service integration management platform ( Referred to: passenger service platform ) and the construction speed is slow. One of the main reasons is due to the complex of the train operation and the passenger transport organization at the general speed railway station, the existing management platform is not able to meet the needs of the existing passenger transport operations.Therefore, this paper studied and designed an intelligent train arrival-departure operation management system which was based on inbound throat intelligent video analysis and transportation dispatching management system(TDMS) access to nearby stations. The system could predict the state for the arrival and stop of trains. And on this basis, relying on c# programming language, new algorithm was implemented and designed. At the same time, through the comparison and analysis of the forecast results of the train arrival-departure operation time before and after the improvement of the on-site arrival-departure operation, the accuracy of time prediction by using the intelligent train arrival-departure operation management system is far higher than the arrival time prediction of existing service platform only receiving TDMS.
