摘    要:在冷却机简体上行与下行2种工况条件下对液压挡轮装置中的关键部件进行有限元仿真分析.介绍分析中所涉及的相关数值理论基础,并叙述了仿真计算前的一些关键前处理工作,研究了滑座主体与液压缸之间采用铰接后滑座和导向轴的受力及变形情况,验证了装置改进后所取得的改良效果.

Abstract:A finite element analysis of the major parts in hydraulic blocking-wheel under two conditions was made,which The barrel of cooling machine moves up and down.The numerical theory involved in the analysis of the simulation was introduced.The key pre-processing is specified.The stresses,strains and deformations of the slip seat and the guided shaft were studied,which use hinge stucture connection slip seat and hydraulic cylinder.The improved effects were validated.
