| 摘 要： | 说明了工艺数字化系统（PDS）中工艺尺寸及其精度确定的意义，分析了已有的计算机辅助确定工艺尺寸方法的特点，研究了确定工艺尺寸的数学模型，开发了计算机辅助确定合理工艺尺寸及其精度的系统，并论述了系统的工作模式及特点。

| Abstract: | The meaning of the determination of process dimension and precision in PDS is discribed, the characteristic of the methods of computer aided process dimension determination is analyzed, and the mathematical models of process dimension is studied.. A computer aided system determinging reasonable process dimension and precision has been developed. The design of the system is described in detail, and its working pattern and characteristics are narrated. |
