城市居民出行调查质量控制对策研究

居民出行调查是开展城市综合交通规划最基础性的工作，是掌握城市交通运行规律和获取市民对交通发展诉求的最有效途径，但往往受诸多因素制约而达不到预期的效果。文章就调查组织机构、调查队伍建设、调查方法、调查表质量检查等四个对居民出行调查成果质量具有根本性影响的方面进行了全面的分析与论述，提出了具有可操作性的质量控制对策与方法。文章运用类别分析法，对一线调查人员来源及其特征进行剖析，提出相对合理的调查队伍组织结构；同时，还针对调查实施阶段中调查培训、入户调查、表格验收等环节的工作流程，提出行之有效的质检管理方式与技术细则。

Quality Control Counter Measures for Urban Household Travel Survey

Urban household travel survey is the most fundamental work to carry out a comprehensive urban transportation planning, and it is the most effective way to obtain the law of transportation operating and access development pursuit of transportation. However, it does not often achieve the desired results as that effect of many other factors. This article analyzed four aspects of survey organization, survey team building, survey methodology and table quality inspecting, which might seriously influence the quality of the survey results,then proposed some operational countermeasures and methods of controlling the survey quality. The article used the category analytical method to analyze the sources and characteristics of the staff at site and proposed relatively a reasonable investigation team organizational structure. In terms of the survey implementation, This research provided a procedure of survey training, household survey and form checking in order to propose an effective management mode with technical details for quality testing.
