繁忙铁路站区密集线路条件下施工支架方案优选

摘    要:武康上行客车线跨京广线(14.22+22.15+22.20+17.75+17.62+19.27)m一联无梁板连续刚构跨越既有京广上行客车线等5条铁路线,与既有线最小交角仅为23°59″,在施工支架设计中采用了两种方案形式,即施工支架梁部垂直所跨越既有线方向搭设和施工支架梁部顺新建武康线方向搭设。对两种方案形式从技术经济角度分别进行了比选,提出了推荐方案,为在繁忙铁路站区密集线路条件下施工支架方案的选择提供了借鉴。

Abstract:A joint flat slab continuous rigid frame(14.22 + 22.15 + 22.20 + 17.75 + 17.62 + 19.27) m on Wukang up- bound passenger line crosses five railway lines such as the existing Beijing-Guangzhou Passenger Line,and the smallest cut angle is only 23°59″.There are two programs in the construction scaffolding design;①Construction of the support beam in a vertical direction across the existing line;②Construction of the support beam in the direction along new Wukang lines. The paper compares these two programs and selects from the technical and economic points of view,and makes the recommended program.It provides a reference for construction scaffolding program selection under intensive lines of busy railway station.
