PFWD快速检测路基模量研究

摘    要:为了研究合理的路基模量快速检测方法,在分析便携式落锤弯沉仪的动力测试原理基础上,确定了PFWD快速检测路基模量的数据分析方法,并根据路基实际工作条件,推荐了PFWD的标准配置及不同填料路基的承载板直径选用建议。提出了PFWD现场快速检测的步骤和注意事项,分析了其测试特点。通过现场路基的大量对比检测,分别建立了PFWD模量与承载板回弹模量、贝克曼梁弯沉及FWD模量之间的相关关系。结果表明,PFWD与其他检测方法具有良好的相关性,所建立的回归公式可供工程应用参考。因此,PFWD可用于快速可靠地检测路基模量,为路面结构设计提供依据和参数,并可进行路基质量快速评价和施工过程质量控制。

Abstract:In order to research a reasonable method for rapid test of subgrade modulus,the data analysis method of rapid test for subgrade modulus with portable falling weight deflectometer(PFWD) was determined on the basis of analyzing the principle of dynamic testing of PFWD.According to the actual working conditions of subgrade,the standard configuration of PFWD and the selecting suggestion of bearing plate diameter for different filler subgrades were recommended.The test procedure and attention points for the on-site rapid test with PFWD were put forward and its test characteristics were analyzed.Through a large number of on-site comparing tests on subgrade,the correlation between PFWD modulus and bearing plate resilient modulus,Beckmann Beam deflection and FWD modulus were created,respectively.The results show that there are fine correlations between PFWD and other test methods.The established regression formulas can be used in the engineering practice.Therefore,PFWD can be applied for rapid and reliable testing of subgrade modulus to provide basis for pavement design and for rapid quality evaluation and the quality control in construction procedure for subgrade.
