单周控制的三相PWM逆变器仿真研究

摘    要:探讨了用单周控制并网的三相PWM逆变器,提出了控制的新方法,每一瞬间只需对两只全控型电力电子开关元件作PWM控制,减少了元件的开关损耗;此外,用单周控制来实现正弦脉宽调制SPWM,电路简单,动态性能好。利用这种方法对三相PWM逆变器电路进行了Matlab/Simulink建模和仿真,得出了输出正弦电流和功率因数接近1的预期结果,并证明其原理上是可行的,宜进一步实验验证。

Abstract:A three-phase PWM inverter connected to power grid under one-cycle control is explored,then a new control method is proposed.Only two fully-controlled power electronic switch devices need to be applied for PWM control at the same instant so as to reduce switching loss.In addition,implementation of sine pulse-width modulation(SPWM) with one -cycle control achieves simpler electric circuit and good dynamic performance.The modeling and simulation for three-phase PWM inverter under one-cycle control is complete...
