船用柴油机轴承的研磨工艺分析

摘    要:各种滑动轴承(瓦)的研磨在修造船行业中是一项劳动强度高,工作量大,技术要求高的艰苦工作.文中提出的三区五块制的轴瓦纹理结构的研磨工艺,能使轴和轴承之间较好形成完整油膜,从而保证油楔力能将曲轴浮起来,使柴油机安全可靠地工作。

Abstract:The various grinding of sliding bearing is a hard work with high labor intensity,heavy workload and high technical requirements in ship repairing and building industry.In this paper,the grinding process of three-zone with five system in bearing texture was proposed,which could preferably from a whole oil-film between the axis and bearing,to ensure the crankshaft could float under the oil wedge pressure and the diesel engine could work safely and reliably.
