| Abstract: | Compositions and characteristics of the braking system for "China Star " EMU are presented. Then explained are thefunctions and principles of the key components like the micro-processor through electro-pneumatic braking, fundamental braking, anti-slideunit and stand-by automatic air braking unit. Test shows that the functions and operations meet the design requirements. |
