南京地铁盾构隧道结构设计

盾构法施工具有安全、环保、高效的优点,在地铁隧道中被愈来愈多地采用。但目前盾构法施工成本相对较高, 其中管片制作费占盾构施工费的45%,因此,管片结构设计时选择合理的设计方法是降低盾构法施工成本的关键。结合南京地铁的地质和水文条件,分析了软土中盾构隧道结构计算方法,以及隧道内径、衬砌类型的选择;介绍了盾构隧道断面裂缝、直径变形、纵环向接缝验算方法。

Design of Shield Tunnel in Nanjing Metro

Because of safety, environmental protection and high efficiency, the shielding method is widely adopted in the construction of metro. But the construction cost is relatively high, in which segments fabrication alone accounts for 45%. Therefore, in the selection of segment structure,a rational design is vital to reduce the construction cost of shielding method. In the light of the geological and hydrographic conditions of Nanjing Metro, this paper analyzes the computation method of shield tunnel structure in soft soil, the selection of inner diameter of tunnel and the lining type, and introduces the check method of section crack,diameter deformation,longitudinal and circular joint.
