| 摘 要： | 对ＤＲＢ这种解决国际工程承包合同争端的新模式作了全面的介绍和分析，包括ＤＲＢ产生的背景及其在国内外的应用情况、世界银行和ＦＩＤＩＣ以及我国对ＤＲＢ方式采用的意向、ＤＲＢ的内容、规则和程序等，并提出了采用ＤＲＢ方式应该注意的几个问题，归纳了采用ＤＲＢ方式解决合同争端的优点。

| Abstract: | This paper first introduces Dispute Review Board, which is a new mode of dispute resolu tion (DRB) in international project, including the background, contents, rules and procedures, it's applications and relevant stipulations by FIDIC and IBRD concerning this mode, then puts forward the aspects to be noted, and finally summarize the advantages of DRB in resolving the disputes in international proe jcts. |
