摘    要:焊缝位置的移动以及布置合理与否是影响拼焊板冲压成形质量的关键。以方盒成形为例,通过数值模拟方法研究了拼焊板焊缝移动规律及其对成形性能的影响,提出了合理布置焊缝位置及采用加拉深筋和使用分块压边板等工艺方法控制焊缝移动,并通过对某纵梁的应力分析得到了合理布置焊缝位置的方案。

Abstract:Movement and rational layout of welding seam are the key factors affecting stamping forming quality of welding splice pieces.With a quad box as an example,the movement laws of welding seam and their effects on forming performance of welding splice pieces are studied with numerical simulations,and the process method to control movement of welding seam,including adding drawn ribs and using blocked edge stamping,are presented.The rational seam layout solution of a side member is brought forward by means of stress analysis.
