高速综合检测列车头车气密性评估

摘    要:以高速综合检测列车头车为研究对象,根据车体上不同类型的开孔型式所采取的不同密封方式,研制了1台可以对不同密封开孔进行试验的设备,并根据试验数据以及气密性评估方法对高速综合检测列车车体密封进行了评估.车体气密性评估表明:通过测试压力变化可得到不同开孔部位和整车的允许泄漏面积;高速综合检测列车头车的气密性符合相关标准要求.

Abstract:Aimed at head car of EMUs,according to different types of seals used for different types of openings on the car body,test equipment was designed for testing air tightness of different holes,and air tightness of EMUs was evaluated by the experiment data and evaluation means.Through the results,the following conclusions about air tightness was understood: pressure alteration testing could evaluated the leakage area of whole car-body and different hole part,air tightness of EMUs accorded with interrelated standards.
