摘    要:基于ANSYS的程序语言APDL,建立了某屏蔽门系统中的钢化玻璃结构的参数化模型,考虑各种载荷形式,对钢化玻璃的承载特性进行了相关分析,并针对钢化玻璃的相关参数进行优化,得到了玻璃厚度、开槽尺寸和圆角等参数的最优解,为屏蔽门系统的设计及防护提供相关依据.

Abstract:In this paper,the parametric model of a special tempered glass in a PSD system was built based on ANSYS APDL programs.Loading performances of tempered glass was analyzed according to different load styles,and relevant parameters were optimized such as the glass thickness,the size of the rectangle groove and the radius of the fillet,which provided advices for the protection and design of the PSD system.
