| 摘 要： | 柴油机是可修产品，它的使用年限取决于自然损耗、技术性能以及使用的经济性。文中针对现行船舶的维修体制和船用柴油机的使用管理及修理特点，从经济性出发，分析船用柴油机的寿命。并提出一种合理的计划维修和更新柴油机策略，即建立计划维修的数学模型，以年度费用最低为目标函数进行优化，求出更新柴油机的最佳时间。从柴油机投入使用到柴油机更新的全部时间就是柴油机的经济寿命。

Analysis to economic life of marine diesels |

| Abstract: | Diesel is a kind of repairable product.It′s service life dependson natural loss,technical performance and economical efficiency.Aimed at present marine maintaining system,managing for usage and repair characters of marine diesels,this paper analyses their service life accordingly.In this paper,a reasonable maintaining plan and strategy for replacing diesel are put forward;that means to set up a mathematical pattern of maintaining plan,to optimize a function with year-cost as the lowest target and to extract the optimum moment for renewal diesel.The whole period from putting into use to renewal means the service life of the diesel. |
