| 摘 要： | 对现有医学信息系统结构上存在的问题,考虑到公共对象请求代理体系结构(CORBA)对面向对象分布式系统结构的支持,讨论了将CORBA应用到医院信息系统集成中的方法,给出了基于CORBA的医院信息系统集成的三层结构,并将这样的结构应用到实际的系统中,实现了一个以CORBA为基础的HIS、PACS和RIS集成的实际系统.该系统很好的解决目前医院信息系统存在的问题,同时也为医院信息化的发展开拓了新的思路.

| Abstract: | It was discussed the problems about the architecture of medical information system(MIS) and describe the applicationof common object request broker architecture that support the object-oriented in a distributed environment. We design amethod of CORBA-Based integration for Medical Information system and present a client-middle-server architecture basedon CORBA for MIS integration. Finally we give a real HIS, PACS and RIS integrated system which based on this architecture.This architecture resolved the problems in current medical information system and exploit a new idea for hospital information. |
