| 摘 要： | 采用真空钎焊技术,在5CrMnMo模具钢表面钎焊不同含量的WC/Co基及WC/N i基涂层.通过SEM观察涂层的组织、形态,同时对涂层进行硬度及热疲劳试验,结果表明钎焊涂层与基体金属之间实现了冶金结合,涂层中无裂纹、气孔等缺陷,其表面硬度高于母材基体,试件的热疲劳性能符合使用要求.

| Abstract: | Using vacuum brazing technology,different contents of WC/Co base and WC/Ni base coating are welded on 5CrMnMo die steel surface.Through SEM observation of coating structure and morphology,as well as hardness test,it is shown that metallurgical bonding is achieved between the coating and parent metal without the flaw of crack and gas cavity.Moreover,the surface hardness is higher than the base metal. |
