| 摘 要： | 以京九线北京铁路局管辖区段为研究对象，通过详细分析繁忙干线、复杂线路（枢纽地区）的运输组织模式和调度指挥特点，归纳总结运输生产组织规律，探讨分散自律系统装备京九线运输组织方案，减轻调度员的劳动强度，以提高调度指挥系统的自动化、智能化水平，提高整体运输生产效率。
