| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校两级管理的实施,学校简政放权,管理重心下移,二级学院成为学校教学管理机构的基本单位,是教学管理和运行的实体,这对二级学院来说是一个挑战.二级学院必须理清教学管理的思路,进一步提升教学管理的规范性.本文从二级学院教学管理的任务入手,通过管理方法和技巧等方面的研究,提出了规范教学管理的可行性措施.

| Abstract: | With the implementation of two-level management of vocational schools,school decentralization and the two-level management becomes the base unit of teaching management system,and is the entity,which is a challenge for it.Two-level management must clarify thinking of teaching,improving the Normative of teaching.In this article,starting from the task of two-level management,through the studying of the manners and skills,propose the feasibility measure of the teaching specification. |
