| 摘 要： | 新加坡的文明素养、爱国精神和“花园中的城市”等是他们的国粹,他们的教育管理体制机制更是值得我们学习,本文通过剖析NYP学院文化建设的理念接受、基础反应、全员重视、整理归纳、个性特色化等五个阶段,认为这是NYP的核心能力建设,它可以引导NYP在其他能力上不断创新,对于我们基于核心能力的高职院校学院文化建设具有重要借鉴作用. |

| Abstract: | Singapore's civilization,patriotism and the city on the garden etc.is its quintessence,its institutional mechanisms for the management of their high education is worthy of our study.This paper analysis of NYP's college culture,including accept concept,basic reaction,full attention,summarizing,personality characterizing,etc.This five stages of core capacity building of NYP,NYP can lead innovate other abilities.We can learn it and it will be play important role in our core capacities building. |
