自平衡法测试钻孔灌注桩承载力试验研究

摘    要:以甘肃天水一号大桥桩基工程为依托,对相同工程地质条件下的两根基桩采用自平衡法进行了承载力试验,通过现场实测数据的计算分析,得到了两根试桩上下段的Q-S曲线和该场地桩侧各土层的桩侧摩阻力及桩端阻力值;并将自平衡测试结果转换为传统静载试验结果,转换后的Q-S曲线近似直线,没有出现明显的向下转折或弯曲段,基桩承载力未达到极限状态,且具有一定的安全储备。

Experimental Study on Bearing Capacity of Cast-in-place Bored Pile with Self-balanced Method

Abstract:Based on the pile foundation engineering of Tianshui No1 Bridge in Gansu,self balance method is used to carry out bearing capacity test for two piles under the same geological conditions.Through analysis of the data measured in the field,the Q-S curves of the upper and lower section of the two piles,skin friction of pile in the various soil layers,and the resistance at the pile end are obtained.Then the results obtained by self balance method are converted into traditional static load test results.The converted Q-S curves approximately develops as a straight line without obvious downward turning or bending section.The bearing capacity of pile foundation does not reach the limit state and has a certain safety reserve.
