浇注式沥青混凝土配合比设计及性能研究

摘    要:为了深入研究浇注式沥青混凝土的特性,通过大量的室内试验,在分析原材料技术性质和混合料设计指标的基础上,详细描述了浇注式沥青混凝土的配合比设计过程,并将其与SMA、AC进行了路用性能方面的对比,结果表明,浇注式沥青混合料的高温稳定性较低,但可以通过适当的方法进行改善,如掺加天然沥青TLA等;其低温性能明显优于SMA和AC,且与钢板的随从性好,证明了浇注式沥青混凝土在钢桥面铺装中的优势。

Abstract:In order to study the characters of gussasphalt concrete,this article analyzes the technical properties of raw materials and the design index of mixture through a large of laboratory test,describes the mixing ratio design process of gussasphalt concrete in detail,and contrasts its mechanism properties with SMA and AC.The results indicate that the high temperature stability of gussasphalt concrete is worse,but it can be improved through some additives,such as the natural asphalt TLA,and its low-temperature performance is obviously better than SMA and AC and its bonding ability with steel plate is good,which demonstrates that the gussasphalt concrete has the advantage in steel deck pavement construction.
