The paper summaries the potential event of the planned line regulation and control in the design of urban road, and puts forward the principle and identifying method of the regulation and control. In addition, the article describes the engineering cases to design and regulate the partially originally planned and unreasonable road network, and to control the originally planned reasonable part so as to satisfy not only the planned location, but also the actual feasibility.
