摘    要:旋挖钻机具有移位便捷、成孔速度快、施工质量好、施工噪音小等特点,采用旋挖钻机进行钻孔灌注桩成孔在近年来被广泛推广。武汉市珞狮南路改造及配套工程高架桥基础设计为钻孔灌注桩,下伏基岩以灰岩为主,采用了旋挖钻机施工。结合工程实际,介绍了旋挖钻机在灰岩地质区进行钻孔灌注桩成孔的施工要点和注意事项。

Abstract:The rotary digging drill has the characteristics of easily convenient replacement, fast drilling speed, good construction quality and small construction noise. The rotary digging drill has been widely applied in the construction of cast-in-situ pile in the recent years. The cast-in-situ pile is used in the design of viaduct foundation in Wuhan Luoshi Road (S) Reconstruction and Supporting Project. The lower bedrock is mainly limestone and the rotary digging drilling is used in the construction. Combined with the engineering case, the article introduces the construction gist and cautions of rotary digging drill in the construction of cast-in-situ pile in the limestone geological region.
