| Abstract: | How to improve the cost management capability of building enterprise and to increase the economical benefit becomes the development key of an enterprise. The cost management and control of the construction process are the most concerned focus of the engineering project construction enterprises. The article discusses the method to implement the engineering construction cost management from the construction organization design, material management, equipment management, enterprise management system, enterprise informationization building and etc., which can be referred for the similar projects. |
