南宁大桥组合式索塔缆风系统的设计与控制

摘    要:该文针对南宁大桥缆索吊装用组合式索塔的特殊结构型式,为增强索塔纵桥向刚度,减少索塔在风荷载,以及吊装荷载作用下索塔塔顶位移,降低P—△效应,设计索塔纵向缆风系统,并根据索塔的预偏量与索塔立柱的应力关系确定缆风系统的张拉力;同时根据索塔万能杆件横梁施工过程要求,以保证立柱竖直、万能杆件横梁顺利合龙为目标,设计索塔横向缆风系统。

Abstract:Aiming at the special structural type of combined cable pylon used for the cable hoisting of Nanning Bridge,in order to increase the longitudinal rigidity of cable pylon,to decrease the wind load of cable pylon and the displacement at the top of cable pylon under the action of hoisting load,and to reduce P-△ effects,the longitudinal cable pylon system is designed.Based on the relationship between the pre-bias quantity of cable pylon and the stress of cable pylon pillar,the tensioning force of cable system is determined.Also based on the construction process requirement of universal bar crossbeam of cable pylon,and according to the objective of ensuring the pillar vertical and straight,and the universal bar crossbeam smooth closure,the horizontal cable pylon system is designed.
