| Abstract: | The implementation of Code of Valuation with Bill Quantity of Construction Works realizes the engineering construction cost management system of the macroscopic control of the government, independent quoted price of enterprise, price forming of market and overall supervision of community. The valuation mode of bill quantity puts forward the new requirements for the construction units. Combined with the engineering practices, the article sets forth the construction units how to better control the engineering construction cost and to enhance the economical benefit and competitiveness of enterprise. |
