| 摘 要： | 该文详细阐述了建筑灰空间—架空层的概念、特点,分析了架空层对现代住宅小区居住环境品质的提高的影响作用,并结合工作实例说明架空层景观设计,提出架空层景观设计应以人为本,应结合楼盘条件具体分析,充分考虑各类人群的心理和生理需求,不可盲目照搬,以打造宜人的住宅建筑灰空间园林景观为目的。

| Abstract: | The article sets forth the conception and characteristics of the grey space of buildingoverhead layer in detail, analyzes the influence of overhead layer on the improvement of the living environmental quality oi the modern residential area. According to the engineering cases, the article iUustrates the landscape design of overhead layer and puts forward that the landscape design of overhead layer should take people as the foremost, analyze it on the detail apartment building condition, fully consider the psychological and physiological needs of various crowds, and not blindly copy for the purpose of creating the delightful garden landscape of grey space of house building. |
