| 摘 要： | 工程量清单计价是我国建筑领域的一大进步,而目前由于还处于不断完善的初级阶段,在实际操作方面存在着一些不足。该文从工程造价审核的角度对我国采用工程量清单招投标过程中出现的一些问题加以总结,并提出针对性的解决途径。

| Abstract: | The valuation for the bill of engineering quantity is a great progress for the construction field of China. Moreover there are some shortages in the practical operation because of its primary stage to be continuously improved now. the article sums up some problems existing in the bidding process of bill of engineering quantity in China from the angle of agreeing the engineering construction cost, and puts forward the targeted solving way. |
